Coaching and development have been Barbara’s mission throughout her long career in industry. The custom coaching and development solutions she designs and delivers for for her client partners helps leaders build teams that are passionate about achieving their goals. Her approach is practical, pragmatic and actionable.

Barbara’s successful business career, including VP of Sales and Marketing, spans a wide range of companies, from Fortune 500 corporations to mid-size businesses. No matter the company’s size or challenge, she designs agile strategies to build high performing leaders and results-focused teams.

As a core member of Korn Ferry’s Leadership Development practice, she delivered leadership coaching and executive assessment globally as well as design leadership development programs. In that role, as well as serving as a member of Korn Ferry’s Diversity and Inclusion practice, she worked with hundreds of leaders in organizations such as:

Barbara earned her certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of Texas Jindal School of Business and her BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a certified professional coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

When she is not helping leaders unleash their potential, you’ll find Barbara cooking and baking for family and friends, towing water skiers on her boat, teaching ESL, or having yet another country stamped into her well-traveled passport.

We start with thoughtfully diagnosing the team’s current culture by using available data, assessments and interviews.

This provides the team leader with a clear view of what is getting in the way of the team’s success.

We design a series of structured team sessions that:

  • Share the team culture analysis
  • Give team members the opportunity to talk through both processes and behaviors that need to be addressed
  • Productively provide feedback to one another
  • Develop both team and individual commitments that will lead to the team’s desired state


Measure progress by leveraging CTD’s team-connect Survey to:

  • Drive accountability and measure progress by collecting team feedback specific to one another’s engagement and behavioral change
