Bethany brings over 20 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, intercultural training, and team building. She takes a strengths-based approach to enhance the performance of individuals and teams.
Drawing from research on organizational effectiveness, Bethany is skilled at designing leadership development programs to help teams and organizations thrive. Bethany is a certified leadership coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and integrates a variety of assessments in her coaching, including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), CliftonStrengths, the Enneagram, and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). Her coaching and consulting expertise includes:

Prior to her work in organizational consulting and leadership development, Bethany held leadership positions within higher education, including Faculty Consultant at the University of Minnesota, and Director of Leadership Development at North Central University. At the University of Minnesota, she facilitated intercultural communication training and consulting to senior leaders and faculty across the institution while also coaching entry level professional to onboard successfully into Fortune 500 companies such as General Mills, 3M, and Cargill. Bethany also has a variety of international experience, including teaching in China and consulting with Japanese faculty. Â
Bethany holds her PhD in Organizational Leadership from the University of Minnesota along with graduate certificates in Program Evaluation and Strengths-Based Leadership. Bethany currently serves as part-time faculty in multiple graduate programs, and serves as a dissertation committee advisor, with subject matter expertise in team dynamics, coaching development, creativity & innovation, and intercultural communication. Â
