Erika Bray has a rich story to tell. With more than 12 years’ experience in marketing, business development and human resources consulting – Erika brings a powerful set of tools to her role as Business Development Director.

She uniquely combines her background with her passion for cultivating and growing strategic relationships with all her clients, and assists them in meeting and exceeding their business goals. Clients have benefited from Erika’s unique ability to actively listen and understand their challenges and determine strategic solutions that will deliver a clear ROI, then deliver strong, strategic advice.

Erika’s primary focus is to build awareness about Connect the Dots’ groundbreaking capabilities among prospective clients, and facilitate on-going relationships with the firm’s client portfolio. Erika brings her storyteller skill to first-time clients, helping them gain an understanding of Connect the Dots’ research and work. She acts as a new client’s “bridge of knowledge” between Connect the Dots’ proficiencies and the client’s long-term and short-term work and culture initiatives.

Before joining Connect the Dots, Erika spent seven years at a research consulting firm where she developed strategic initiatives with HR executives and their teams in the areas of employee engagement, leadership development, talent acquisition and compensation. Erika had the opportunity to work with both national and global firms across many industries including retail, automotive, manufacturing and energy and utilities.

Her educational background includes a BSBA in Marketing and Logistics from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.

She also is a member of the volunteer groups The Childhood League and Kitchen Kapers. In her spare time, Erika likes to work out, try new restaurants, travel and spend time with her husband and daughter. She likes watching the HGTV channel (her love for improvement has been demonstrated with a handful of successful renovations). She’s always looking for the “next project!”
