brenda hampel

Brenda Hampel had already established a national reputation as a highly regarded, published and sought after leadership team session and discussion expert when she co-founded Connect the Dots Consulting in 2006.

From her years in servicing hundreds of clients, Brenda knew that Connect the Dots could not be just another source of what had become the standard, expected forms of coaching, onboarding and team building. Instead CTD would be all about what she knew every client truly seeks: Real Leadership, which Brenda defines as custom-crafting Leadership Solutions to a client’s unique, specific, real-life leadership needs.

Brenda and her team were soon servicing a wide range of companies who appreciated the tailored, custom approach to leadership building and related services. And as the roster of clients has grown, so has Brenda’s professional reputation as a respected specialist whose Real Leadership approach helps transform companies and the leaders at their helm. A small sampling of her clients include:

  • Cardinal Health
  • Lane Bryant
  • WD Partners
  • Washington University
  • TJX Companies
  • Tween Brands

  2. Perfect Phrases for New Employee Orientation and Onboarding: Hundreds of Ready-to-use Phrases to Train and Retain Your Top Talent
  3. Talent Assessment and Development Pocket Tool Kit: How to Get the Most Out of Your Best People

As co-founder of a successful women-owned business, Brenda has an especially strong desire to help women succeed by developing their own leadership brand. And she’s equally passionate about improving the lives of disadvantaged youth in underserved communities, as evidenced by her non-profit work as a board member of Kids First, which provides school-based healthcare.

When not at the office or traveling on business, Brenda loves spending time with her family and friends, as well as taking advantageous of the beautiful outdoors. She’s an avid hiker, kayaker and Denver Broncos fan.
